Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard
The easiest and cheapest way of paying for your order is by Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard. With this method you get the cheapest postage costs and avoid the pay-on-receipt charge of kr.75. With this method, the payment remains on your bank account until the order is sent out. The amount is "reserved" on your bank account and the money is transferred as soon as the order is sent out. This gives you security as a client. The secure website that is used for the entry of payment information and the payment process is provided by Cardia.
Prepayment (Bank or postgiro)
You can also pre-pay your order. This is an economical payment method as you avoid the pay-on-receipt charge of kr.75. If you choose prepayment you make a bank transfer of your order total amount to DnBNOR account number 5010.06.89518. Make sure you put your order number (which you get on your order form) in the "Melding til mottaker" field of the postgiro form.
Pay-on-Receipt (Postoppkrav)
With payment by Pay-on-Receipt (postoppkrav), your order is sent to your local post office. When the post office received the package, they send a postcard to your home address. You pay for the order when you pick up the package at the post office. If the order includes several packages, you pay the kr.75 charge only once. We reserve the right to charge you for our packaging and postage expenses if the package is not picked up from the post office and is returned to us. This charge is currently kr.175.
Tracking Your Order
After you have entered an order you may wonder where it is in the system. You can, at any time, log in to your account in our system to see at what stage your order is. Orders can be in two stages (not sent - sent). As soon as your order is sent out, or any notes are made on the order, you will receive and e-mail confirmation from us with this information.
Cancel an Order
If you wish to cancel an order it is important that you do this before the order is sent out. Cancellation must be by e-mail to avbestilling@beltespenner.com
Delivery Time
From the time we receive your order it will take approximately 10-14 business days until you receive your order. If you are making a prepayment we send your order as soon as the payment is registered by us. You can, at any time, log in to your account in our system to see the status of your order. As soon as your order is sent out you will receive and e-mail with this information. Please be aware that delays can be caused by public holidays, weekends and sold-out items.
Guarantee
All consumer purchases are sold with the guarantees included in the Norwegian consumer laws. NB! The order confirmation/invoice is your proof of guarantee
Stock
All items are delivered from stock in Norway
Returns
All returns must be agreed in advance and the package must be marked "Retur". For quickest processing please explain the reason for the return as clearly as possible. Please enclose a letter clearly explaining the reason for the return. Packages not clearly marked "Retur" can result in long processing time. Normal processing time for returns is 15 - 20 business days.
